Lemon Butter Chicken



2 to 3 pounds chicken pieces
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 lemons
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

Rub chicken with lemon.
Combine butter, juice of 1 lemon, and garlic salt.
Pour over chicken and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
Baste occasionally.
Serves 4 to 6
