Tasty Chicken



4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1/3 cup tomato juice
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon oregano

Pound chicken breasts with meat mallet until uniform thickness.
Roll chicken breasts in tomato juice.
Place chicken on foil in baking dish and sprinkle with garlic and oregano mixture.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Serves 4 @ 1.23 carbs per serving
